Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At Ron Million, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every item we offer—from handcrafted African art to curated collectible pieces. Each product is carefully selected and inspected before shipment.

This Refund and Return Policy outlines our process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure clarity and trust for our customers.

2. Return Eligibility

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our curated and limited-inventory items, we do not offer returns or exchanges as a standard policy.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Final decisions on refunds or replacements are made at our discretion. Items approved for return must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To request an exception to our "All Sales Are Final" policy due to damage or a significant issue, please contact us at ronmillion111@gmail.com or (832) 646-1931 within 7 days of receiving your item.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision.

If a refund is granted, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If we choose to deduct return shipping from your refund, this will be clearly communicated during the return process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ronmillion111@gmail.com or (832) 646-1931.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include clear photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and let you know the next steps.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all purchases are final and non-exchangeable.

7. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund after that time:

  • Check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider (PayPal, bank, etc.)
